Ingredients

• 2 cups of cabbage, sliced
• 1 cup carrots, grated
• 2 tablespoons of vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Pinch of salt
• Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

• In a bowl, combine all veggies.
• Add vinegar, olive oil and seasonings.
• Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
