How do you ensure the freshness of produce during delivery?
We use temperature-controlled packaging and specialized refrigerated vans to ensure that all fresh produce, dairy, and meats arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
What are your delivery areas and time slots?
London Grocery currently serves all Greater London postcodes. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 AM and standard next-day delivery slots from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Is there a minimum order value for free delivery?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over ÂŁ50. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of ÂŁ5.99 will be applied at checkout.
What is your policy on product substitutions?
If an item is out of stock, we will only substitute it with a similar product of equal or higher value if you have opted-in to substitutions. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund for the missing item.
How can I return a damaged or incorrect item?
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, please inspect your delivery immediately. If any item is damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
